Bone & Muscle problems

From 10 days there is swelling and pain when press near ankel boll, i dont remember i hurt it or not, but pain and sweelling during long walking or running what should i do for it. please suggest i used to apply iodex and other cream

She has pain since 20 days. Is there any problem? Please suggest what to do? The xray was take today.

Neck and back pain changing places every 15 days. Xray no finding. In muscles. All blood investigation normal.

When I look at particular direction for a longer time or read a book by looking down on table then my neck starts to pain and I have to lie on bed to give my head and neck some rest. Even if I am at my laptop, it starts to pain and sometimes I get a feeling of nausea as well on on laptop then I have to go to my bed to give my head and neck some support. It's affecting my daily life activities. And I get a crackling sound when I turn my neck to get some relief. Please give me some solution. Thank you!

There is heel pain in the left leg more than two months.  Sometimes the pain is so much that it doesn't move, the heel is scratched and sometimes swelling comes.

Right side neck nerve problem also facing sudden headache in the right side head and feeling some dislocation near shoulder blade...no pain in neck or shoulder... suggest some good exercise
