I have a small accident from my two wheeler when i am riding.. my foot is swell and paining help me pls

I met with accident on Friday  24 jul during evening it was an bike accident I got injured on the right hip, the pain is progressively low and I am on the one month bed rest. Please guide how it will get recovered.

Pain in buttock and hip while sitting for long time please suggest some remides for the pain thank you

I suffered from muscle spasm which maybe due to pulled muscle during workout.After that I used to suffer pain in back and abdominal muscles during movement.I consulted doctor who recommended me taking zerodol th 8. After taking it for 8 days I  recovered mostly but still if I sit down for hours for office work I feel slight discomfort/pain in abdominal/back muscles.The discomfort/pain is gone in few seconds after I lie down.Also rarely I feel slight discomfort in forward bending.Doctor advised me to take rest but on working days I have to sit for office work.I have not done any workout for last three weeks and it's around 10 days I have stopped taking medicine (zerodol th 8) but still not able to overcome this minor discomfort/pain. It feels like there is slight weakness/strain still left in my back/abdominal muscles . Today I started stretching exercises to overcome muscle weakness. Should I take zerodol th 8 for 2 more days?

Suffering last 7 days in back pain continues. His No Medical history. 1 month ago pain have start but took some pain relief capsules . Again start pain 7 days .

There is  pain in one leg heel area throughout the day ..and sometimes it is difficult to even walk for sometime

Hello doctor, I did MRI and it say loss of normal lumbar lordosis what does that means do I need surgery for that pls suggest.i have back pain in upper and lower spine

I am advised Ciplox 500 amd Gabapin 100 for urine infection + 1 WEEK physiotherapy. Is it comoletely curable without surgery? MRI pfa

I am suffering from knee pain for the last two weeks. I need relief. I am have been a diabetic for the last twenty years. My x-rays show that I have wear and tear on my knee .

What is the reason for folding my all toes and what is the cure for this. I m doing this for most of the time and not able to rest it straight, for resting it, it needs me to try to relax my complete body, which is very hard.
