Getting pain when do daily activities backside and when ever using pain killer it is reducing and again pain is continuing on next day

Pain can be due to any reason. If you huave mild pain and recently only. Take rest and avoid heavy work as well as weight lifting from ground. Apply move oint and fomenting Check ur posture. Thanks

Need to take rest and avoid strenuous activity. Take pain killers only after consulting a doctor for duration and appropriate dosage.
Next Steps
Rest, warm fomentation for local application, if not improving within 48 hours then discuss with Orthopaedic Surgeon.
