I am suffering from Lower Back Pain from past 2 years, initially it was very mild but from few days it is getting a little moderate. I dont feel any problem in walking or even running or doing any strenous exercise but the pain just doesnt go and it is felt mostly when I am sitting idle and if i am doing some physical activity then it is not felt and it is worse just when I wake up, what could be the reasons for it and how to cure it?
It is making me feel frustrated.
