Left side hip pain
I have pain in my left side hip for the past 1.5 years and couldn't squat or bend in early morning and it aggravates if I over work. I checked with an ortho and he said muscle got tightened and nodule is there and suggested physio for 10days. All done but still pain is there constantly. Please help. X-ray looks normal

Pain in wrist of left hand

Pain in neck n shoulder area
I have pain in my neck n shoulder area mostly and I feel dizzy when I walk.
