Need information
Iam experiencing severe upper back right side & right shoulder blade pain from 3 months ,mild occasional headache, with no numbness, & normal bowel movement, no injury, took pain killers, hot water towel, physiotherapy , but no improvement is there. Also I experienced severe lower back pain in January after taking doloneuron & ultracet for 1 month it gone. Please check my x ray pics. Which tests I have to take ? What i have to do please reply.

Check your sitting and working posture. There may be a tendency to use in an awkward manner for prolonged duration. Armrests, mobile use, mouse, lying down, sitting tilted with leg crossed etc.

As per x ray, there are degenerative changes in cervical spine alongwith Wedge compression of C5 vertebra. There is a possibility of nerve compression due to this which may be causing the trouble. Was there any inuury recently.
Next Steps
I will suggest you to get one MRI of Cervical spine. Use a soft  cervical collar for support.. Take Analgesic with muscle relaxant medicine..
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work,  avoid forward bending, avoid jerky movements of neck
