Lower back pain
Sir/mam I pulled my lower back pain while working out in the gym.. Feeling pain on full area of lower back, faceing problem while change positions. Please suggests some medicine

First of all , you should take rest whenever there is sprain, start hot fomentation in the affected area.
Next Steps
Kindly add details of pain, continuous or on walking/sitting?? Mode of injury!!

Do NOT bent forward, lift heavy weight and squat!!

Please elaborate.. History too short.. If only low back pain take rest for 3-4 days, should resolve.. Otherwise get online help
