Feelin wekness Pain in bones of leg bilateral and thighs whenever i stand my bones make sound my Vitd lev is 13.68.. B12 is 368 and TSH is 2.26 also deficiency in calcium.. Doctor prescribed calcirol once a week...is this pain is due to these deficiency.. What should i take for calcium intake?

Since five years ,unbearable knee joint pains at both legs.Last year they suggested for B/L Total knee replacement.Nit taking any pain killers since they not prescribed anything.Now last week ,again consulted senior ortho and he also suggested for surgery and the same fixed on 10th of this month.Now my question is whether compulsory/ advisable for such surgery during this corona period.Any prob will arise after post operative surgery.During surgery as inpatient they assured that they will take care of ,nothing will happen.After surgery any prob will come?Kindly explain pl

I'm a student and I want to prepare for PSI for police department, Maharashtra. Today I got to know I'm suffering from slip disc. And if I do heavy exercise, it will harm my spinal chords. Will I never be normal? Does it not recover completely?

My age 19 years.six years back I faced jaundice 16 points .I took ayurvedic medicine by doctor.After one month jaundice cured.after few days I suffered both legs pain and hip joint pain.i was consult orthopedic doctor he did the MRI scanning.report result shows I had  D defficiency.Doctor gave me D vitamin capsules and calcium supplements.my leg slightly crossed.six years onwards oftenly I was taking calcium.currently Iam suffering slightly legs pain and leg cross.pls give advice and medication ,exsercise.

Last month met with accident and hand got sprained ,hot recovered and little pain at tiny finger been continued.yesterday he has lifted shutter door which is very hard and again hand is paining and unable to lift properly.please suggest required medicines

I get a pain at the both side of the buttocks.. when iam standing or walking i did not get any pain but while iam sitting i get pain... I sleep one sided at that time also i get a pain. I did not understand how its come... But did not get any leg pain & foot pain...but at the calf muscle i get a mild pain...

Hello sir, two months ago I was got an accident at mine. The result was in spinal l1 wedge compression fracture. The one of the doctor who was do these operations spine surgeon says, it was ustable condition. Done with the surgery. But one more orthopedic doctor, who was work with spine surgeon, they said it was cure and healing from the rest. Now done 2 months. And I have never symptoms of numbness, tingling, shaking of legs. The limbs was working well. I'm just going to washroom and return again to bed rest. This is the daily life now. Please suggest me the clear suggestions sir. Thank you so much
