Hello ,
Due to your job profile which requires constant elbow position in a particular way for long hrs , ur elbow might be having either a extensor or flexor tendinitis with or without bursitis and is most common in desk job computer users. You need to do some ulnar glide and elbow stretches apply some ice to painful area on elbow and start on a mild antiinflammatory medication for short course of 5 days. It will get releived. You can use an elbow brace while operating on computer. It will go away no worries
