Bone & Muscle problems

Hi Doctors, My father(Age 64) was having pain on right knees so went to the doctor. He said this is arthritis pain and he prescribed few medicine. After eating medicine his right and left foot are swelled up. He prescribed below medicine Zerodol P pyrodex 20 Adenomac 400 Please suggest me the reason for swelling. If any medicine is reacting.

I have poing sound in knee and Also pain If I wale more or do much work.. Pain is like muscular pain not in bone.

I have severe pain in spine from last few days,I have MRI done these are my reports(attached with this).It would be really helpful if you can give me suggestions.what is the cause of pain.

X RAY, MRI, BLOOD TEST DONE... without providing any medicine doctor suggesting surgery on second visit. I want to avoid that.. What should I do?

Suffering from shoulder pain after an accident. As per doctors advise, done MRI for right shoulder. Below is the finding. Kindly advise if any surgery is required. Finding: Acromioclavicular arthrosis. Supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendinosis. Near total full thickness tear involving distal end of supraspinatus tendon. Intrasubstance partial tear of infraspinatus tendon. Fluid in subacromial subdeltoid and subcoracoid bursa. Mild periarthritis.

Suffering from whole body pain sinse last two days specially at upper hip. Feeling tired and weakness. Diet is also reduced after this pain Plz suggest
