Having pain in left hand near little finger. Some numbness is also there. The pain is very intense and is from 3 to four months. The pain starts from the little finger to full arm specially in upper arm

This is suggestive of compression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow and tendon issue at the wrist. Due to your short height the angles of the wrist and elbow may be exerting the pressure.
