Neck pain and headaches
I feeling chronic neck pain & headaches. Headache including heaviness is not severe & stretching of head feeling relived. Few days ago i consult a doctor on practo n diagnosed with Bilateral Trapezitis. I'm concerned about the headaches.

Headaches and neck pain are associated with bad posture and strain on muscles of neck and back. Stop using mobile and other devices in bed or sofa. Use a working desk. Daily walks. Do relaxation exercises like deep breathing Sos painkillers. Thanks
