Lowe back pain
Have been facing lower back pain since past 3 months. MRI says mild degree of retrolistesis and diffuse bulging of intervertebral disc noted at L2-L3. Attaching MRI report. Kindly suggest.

Please start doing Core back strengthening  exercises. Your back pain will definitely get better with exercises.

Report suggest degenerative changes and its setting up too early for ur age. Avoid 2- and 3-wheelers. No weight lifting or bending forward. Daily walks. Sos painkillers. Thanks
