Mobile use while sitting directly influences the posture of every body part. Remaining in such awkward postures for long can cause muscle imbalances and then pain. If he requires to use then a mobile stand can be helpful for viewing, hands-free to talk and use of the speak option for typing long. Also he must take breaks every half hour and walk and do stretching plus movement exercises.
