Shoulder joint pain
I feel shoulder joint pain in the night in middle of night suddenly it feels like pinching. By morning it goes down . What measures I need to take

Hi Since your pain feels like pinching and tingling, it seems to be a nerve problem. Mostly it occurs in diabetics and those having thyroid problems. You should give some warm fomentation for a week. If it still persists then better to consult a doctor. All the best
