Falling ground from certain height and shoulder bones are dislocated n again come back its original position now there is a gap between clavicle n spacula bone n pain is there. Can I able to submit my x-ray report?

My cervical spine MRI reports impression show disc osteophyte complex at c3- c4 level causing thecal sac & cord indentation. Disc osteophyte complex, right paracentral disc protrusion at c4- c5 level causing cord compression on right side, right neural foramen compression with impingement on nerve roots. Disc osteophyte complex & right paracentral disc protrusion at c5- c6 level causing cord compression on right side, right neural foramen compression with impingement on nerve roots. Tiny perineural cyst 3mm in bilateral neural foramina.Disc osteophyte complex at c6- c7 causing thecal sac indentation & bilateral neural foramen compression with impingement on nerve roots. Tiny perineural cysts 3mm in bilateral neural foramina.Disc osteophyte complex at c7 - D1 causing thecal sac indentation. Tiny perineural cysts 6mm in bilateral neural foramina. What does this mean. Is anything serious.what is the treatment for this.

Madam / Sir, I have a full ligament tear in my right knee and have been advised surgery. I am given to understand It's a one day admisson procedure. 1) In how much time can I walk without crutches and perhaps climb stairs also. 2)In the present circumstances due to the pandemic -is it safe to visit the hospital and undergo the surgery...
