Bone & Muscle problems

Unable to bend properly, and severe pain in back...pain occur while walking . Kindly suggest something... Body is stiffed.

I had undergone Surgery of forearm in second week of july & had titanium plates for both ulna/radius .However, after nearly 12 weeks my rotation of arm is restricted and straightness of hands is not possible. Minor swelling is thr but with no pain . I am taking multivitamins/paneer/milk/calcium tablets . X-Ray 2weeks back showing minor recovery. What to do next. Whether i hv to undergo physiotherapy . How much more time it will take to heal completely . Can i feel similar as earlier and pick up wts in few months . Wht to eat . My surgeon in saying thr is slow progress and i need to wear Arm pouch and have to do grip exercise of fist & up /down of arm so it dont get jammed.

I am facing left side waist to hip pain while bending, sitting without support.this pain comes and hoes with rest and again comes after exercise or long sitting on chair. I had consult with doctor and taken x ray, no sign of arthorites, tested blood sample no uric acid and all report was normal. But it pain during sitting and bending forward.

Whenever weather changes fr warm to cold my feet starts paining. Randomly either left one or right one no pattern sometime both at same time

I have severe pain in knees . Need to consult ??taking calcium medicine since 15 days still too much pain

Hello Doctor,4 Day back while i do pull ups accidently one hand slips and my whole body hanged on my Right side hand,From that time i got a pain in tricep area and (mainly on back shoulder and hand joint) i think rhomboid side whenever i use my right hand,its necesseray to consult a Doctor or Not?please help me..
