Bone & Muscle problems

Pls help me doctors ,pls,I have no one to answer my questions pls help. I had low VITAMIN D on May(3.9ng/ml) so doctor prescribed supplements which I took for 2 months, later in july I did blood test and VITAMIN D was 133ng/ml . So I stopped all supplements and didn't go under sun for VITAMIN d. I was having fortified vit d cow milk and home made curd. No other source of vitamin d after july . Yesterday (after 2 months) I did vit d test to check whether it has reduced, and my vit d was 158ng/ml, even more higher than previous test. I haven't taken a single supplement from july 20th Only milk and curd. How can my vit d increase without supplements?? I had taken a muscle pain killer (dolowin mr) 10 hrs before the vit d test, can that pain killer cause my vit d to rise?? Pls help me in name of humanity

I got pain in my neck and back due to muscles catch/spasm from past four days ans the pain is not reducing. Two days before I took a paracetamol which dint work. And today afternoon I took it ig-mr pain killer. I am worried as the pain is not reducing. Whom should I contact? What should I do? How long this pain will be there? Please help!

I have been suffering pain while standing for long in both the heels, i have been wearing padded sleeper and shoes from last year and still no benefit. I have visited many doctors and got test for Uric acid, heel spur (x ray), arthritis test, potassium and other minerals (blood sample) but all reports came normal. Even i have got Ultrasound Therapy for around 15 days. Nothing seems to work and its difficult to live with constant pain.

Hi Not able to walk without stick. Pain neuro diabateic. B12 level is 373 and x ray L1 to L4 increased. Back pain And leg pain stretch and acute pain in calf muscles. Regards Shekhar

My mom had a knee issue and she was adviced an injection to the knee. The doctor gave the attached medicines. We are unable to figure out the last medicine name. We tried contacting the doctor but unable to contact him as we are out of station. Can someone help with the name of the tablet?

I have back pain problem from last 3 months. My neck points, spinal point, shoulders, arm, armpit and chest sides are paining. Cant sit more then hour. I have tried physiotherapy also but didnt get ay benefit now my armpit pain increases. I have thyroid and migraine problem as well Pleass suggest what i need to do or which doctor is good for this. General, physio, neurologist or any other one

Am having GERD and am on medication but sometimes I feel burning reflux sensation on back of my shoulder and backbone .. can this go off with GERD or is it a bone related issue?

Suffering from right knee joint pain since 1-2 years, recently I tried to kick start scooty (kicked 15-20 times) so knee pain got increased and its almost 1 month and still pain is exist.

I've been having pain in all my joints all over the body for two months now. I find it extremely difficult to do simple things like open door or turn on taps due to the pain. Also finding it difficult to wake up in the mornings as joints are stiff.
