I underwent this test and my esr is quite high. My dietitian says because of this it causes insulin resistance and which leads to weight gain. As k already have fatty liver grade 1. Previously it was 25 now it's 15, is it normal?

My entire body hurts all the time. I have severe head aches that sometimes spreads across my face and behind my ear. My muscles hurt a lot (back, legs, hands, neck) and my knees hurt when I fold my legs. In 2017 I had an x-ray of my spine and they reported that I have a loss of normal lordosis. But when my physiotherapist examined my back she said she's never seen a case where every point hurts. No one at home believes me and everyone thinks I'm exaggerating my pain but I really feel weak after performing even a basic task. It's hard for me to fall asleep with these pains. It makes me anxious and I was clinically depressed because of my body pains. What do I do? Please help.

I had diagnosed Viral arthritis 3 weeks back and had taken medication and it was cured, but from last 3 to 4 days iam experiencing huge pain in knee joints, ankle joints and also my left shoulder joint. Applying pain balm but no use, Pls suggest any medication on this

Hi, yesterday suddenly i felt something is moving in left hand and immediately  a swelling appeared in the left hand. I am getting pain if i touch it. I attached the pic of it. The size is not decreasing.please advice for treatment.
