Bone & Muscle problems

My mother have a contineous pain in her right shoulder at the upper side and back side , little swelling occurs some time,little movements also causes pain, we consult a general physician he give a medicine but it doesnt show any results Please help us.

When I sit in on my legs(a position how muslims sit while pray) after just few minutes(less than 5mins) my right knee cap gets stiff(painfully) and after that I can even stand straight for double the time or more for the period I sat in that position. I can't even again sit down. I'm just 21 but I feel like a 60 due my knee cap. Yeah I shouldn't sit in that position if this happens, but I'm a muslim myself. And muslim or not I'm just 21 I shouldn't have this. Is there something that can be done ?

Having upper back pain,i assume my nerves are paining because when i stretch my back i feel pain in nerves and theres lot of cracking sound comes. I am working in MNC from past 8 years and have sitting kind of job thats to more than 8 hrs.Do i need do the xray to check the problem. Doctor gave me- cipzox mr,pentocid and a-z gold ns for 5 days.. its has not worked.. NOTE- No other symptoms i have and have a belly fat and little overweight.

My mother is having a severe pain in her left leg(knee and below area to be precise). She is unable to move her leg and when she does she is experiencing a severe pain and there is a slight swell in the knee. I will take her to a doctor today, however just wanted to check if there is anything immediate to be take care of. Thanks in advance.

My upper back near the shoulder blades a bit down...it is extremely stiff..it pains if i sit on a chair and  move my back to the right (little less painful) and to the lift (quite painful) Also if i bend backward it hurts near the upper portion. My mri xray blood tests are were clean Can you suggest some exercises for that? (It hurts more when i do some work specially. .. cooking)

Are carnisure -500 and carnitor- 500 same ? Doctor prescribed me carnisure but the chemist gave me carnitor in palce of carnisure.

I always had some low back pain specially at my tailbone and lower part including back thighs and knee to some extent.But suddenly for past few days i have severe tailbone pain and i cannot function well because of the pain. I study a lot for some exams and i cannot sit for long time or sleep for long time as the pain starts again...its a kind of nagging pain...

Sir...I am 28 years old...my weight in 40kg...last one week heavy foot heel pain sir...mrg Wake up time heavy pain sir...I have take home remedy ...warm water fomentation sir...but not satisfied...so plz kindly some medicine in this problem sir...

I have some pain in my legs for past few yrs. I also have severe pain in my foot since my foot twisted as i fell from the bed.

See the MRI nad kindly suggest what to do...doctors says operation is the option.have seen 2-3 doctors
