Sir, My self B. Prashanth kumar Age 32 male I am suffering with lumbar back pain disc bulge at l4 and l5 area Daily iam travelling on 2 Wheeler around 79 kms For my job My problem was diagnosed on feb Now completed 8 months sir, I am driving bike from last 6months Present iam felling ok, Some time gets pain sir, Daily I walk in morning 1 hour And daily I do back pain exercise 15 mins Sir, My question is is to safe driving bike daily, Any problem face in future Plz help me sir, Thanks

Hard lump near ring finger on left palm since 2 months. Its usually painless, except on applying some pressure. What is the cause for this ? No history of any kind of injury in the palm. Not visible, but can be palpated.

Before 2 yr he went through back of back shocks from ICD due to heart issue. From that time back pain increased much. Now it become in non tolerable. He can't sit. Eat while sanding. Walk less. Take bed rest most of time. During Covid time it get increased as physically he become very less active. Now, condition is that due to back pain heart get load & BT attack triggers. Deep pain in back, lower to right wing. Mainly bottom of bones in nerves. Went to CT cest that is fine. Only they results weakness in bones. Pain Management Dr told us this is due to bypass surgery, during that time bones need to cut and nerves get hinder. Dr suggest: ozone therapy but not sure it's side effects. Is nidle & cup, Backbone injection which is v risky HELP Us

I have been prescribed to get depo medrol 80mg injected, but in the market it's not available. I am getting depo medrol 40mg. Shall I proceed with injecting two 40mg depo medrol injection? Does this have any effect? Can I get it injected in one sitting?
