Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from neck pain since July 2020. Consulted ortho doc & physiotherapist both. X ray also taken. After 4 month taking pain killers, doing all physio exercises I am unable to get rid of this pain. Morning time I feel ok but as the day passes pain increases. I feel pain in my nerves while stretching. In rest position there is nothing, as I strech my head I feel stiffness of nerves. Pll 🙏help No other symptoms like headache, fever shoulder pain or back pain.

My wife has herniated discs since couple of years. Last year she recovered after going for physiotherapy for a month, but then delivered twins so back pain again started due to household chores in lockdown. I am looking for back massagers online. There are two types of massagers - 1. Handheld massager 2. Massager seat/chair (Shiatsu massager with rotators which gives vibration and heating - attached image) If I use Shiatsu back massage seat for my wife who has few hernatied discs in lumbar region (L2, L4), can it improve her spine health or worsen?

I feel muscular tightness for last one month in my upper middle chest including left side neck pain.please suggest what to do in that pandemic situation.

Today I consulted a doctor for my elbow pain they gave medicines But I by mistakenly took tablet pregalyv m after luch but i was supposed to take it at night before sleep Does it cause dizziness And if yes are there any remedies

Shoulder pain Fever Back pain These were some of my symptoms . I could not sleep for 2 days because the pain kept me awake. Don't know what caused this . It came suddenly. And for the past 4 days I am suffering.

Feeling sharp shooting pain since 10-15 days tried NSAIDs but temp relief only. Uric acid under control at 2.64. Previous history of heel spur and spondylitis recently diagnosed with diabetes. Kindly suggest how to resolve swelling if foot.

I was diagnosed with disc bulge in April , been doing exercises , cat-camel , stretches and all !! Started working out with dumbells and started doing little abs too , been a month BUT still there is little tingling left thigh and lower back pain right side and it kinda stays , little little like 2.5/10 but it's there !! How much time will it take more ??? Any particular exercise I should be doing because it's been 6 months !! In April when it started The pain was never severe , had maybe a little bit of lower back pain while walking for a week maybe !!
