My operation of humourus bone was in 19 feb 2020 my belt was removed after 1.5 months...after removal my elbow got stiffed and there is no or very less movement. I am doing physiotherepy since 20 July there is not much improvement in ROM... Sir/mam what to do for this Physiotherepy vale doctor sir manualy exercise krwate hain machine ka use nhi krte......physiotherepy agrresively krwane ke karan thoda pain bhi rhta h.... Sir/mam mujhe kya krna chahiye thoda guidence provide kre🙏🏻🙏🏻

Since the movement has not come back 8 months after surgery, It's unlikely that Physio will help. The fracture seems to have united well. You could go for an implant removal and arthrolysis.
