I am having a elbow and knee joint during extension and hyper extension. There is no issue during flexion. I do heavy workout in gym so since last I have this issue. There is no pain while lifting heavy weight but pain during extension. Not able to pushup on the ground. As I go down for pushup..lot of pain in elbow. I am using
calcium 1000mg in day..vit d3 60000 iu in a week..omega 3 1gm in a day.. glucosomine 1000mg in a day...but still no progress.
