I had a bike accident and fell down. Now after 12 hours I am having swelling and neck pain. It's too intense. I can move my neck around. But it pains a lot.please recommend something

I am 20 years old and i have bow legs. The gap between my knees is about 2-3 inches. I want to know is surgery is the only option to correct it and if it is the only option what is the average cost of surgery of bow legs.

Can u check these xrays plz? I have chest and arm pains! One doctor said I have cervical Rib and it may be pressing upon nerves of shoulder Whats treatment for it n how common it is for cervical rib to lead to formation of blood clots? Can it be better with exercise?

HELLO doctor, I have Multiple Disc Buldge and And few disc diffuse, and it pains lot, and very much afraid of what will happen to My Life, I upload my MRI Reports and please some one help me what's the exact problem and how it can be cured, Sivere Hip pain, Pain in pelvis area, and very Uneasy to Urinate and it seems like its irritation while urinating, injury in Disc can create this problems??? My mother had her elbow fractured in 2010 ... The doctor placed it incorrectly Now she could not straighten up her elbow. She can move to and forth but not completely. Is there a cure for it? And what would be the cost

Unable to rise my left hand due to sholder pain, i can rise the hand upto 70degrees angle as parallel direction. But from elbow hand and fingers functioning is normal. But while sleeping and walking getting pain in hand and left ribs S also. Pleaas suggest.

Sir , I am a banker suffering from severe neck pain (may be cervical spondalytis)  for last one & half month .On advice of a local pharmacist , I started taking Shelcal 500, as there is no orthopaedic available in my locality during this pandemic . After a few doses , the pain lessend  . I have already consumed 15 tabs, should I keep taking the same or stop it ?
