Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doctor, she has inflammation and pain in leg while walking or standing or working times. She doesn't eat any foods or fruits which increase uric acid. And she is not a fat woman and years ago her finger of leg was fractured and she had no proper rest. Please doctor tell me what is/are the reason of the pain and inflammation and what is the remedy? I have recovered from lower back pain after almost 20 days. Was diagnosed with severe deficiency in D3 and B12. Currently I have no pain, but feeling scared to walk freely and getting cramped up. How to regain confidence so that I don't cramp up?

I went to chiropractor treatment in june 2020 after that there is continus pain in back and in leg doctor said plantar fasciitis, after few months of Excercising and physiotherapy pain didnt go, moreover the burnung sensation type of thing started in back of right knee and discomfort in right shoulder while sleeping, after that i went to orthopedic in october he suggested a blood test for tb and few other things, TB was not there but my ra factor is 32. I, ve attached my blood report,  Does that mean i have rheumatiod arthritis. ??? now he has prescribed medicines for arthritis. Please doctor can you guys confirm if that is appropriate. Is yes it is curable? If not what shall i do.

Left knee is paining a lot from last15 to 20 days. No injury or any type of swelling or redness,nothing at all. Whenever I relax or sit in bed it starts paining. Doesn't pain while walking or running.

Treatment for patellar dislocation( occuring once in a year ) other than surgery.Sometimes also feels movement inside patella.
