Asked for Female, 57 Years

We did xray of my mom's knee and an early osteoarthritis was detected. Should we be giving her ice pack or hot pack along with medicines? Currently we are giving her ice pack but doesn't see any impact

Osteoarthritis of knee is associated with degenerative changes of cartilage of knee joint.. You can start with hot fomentation of knee joint.. I think that will help..
