Shoulder pain
Pain started near left hand thumb, after that full hand started paining and shoulder area paining , since She is a lefty she has to use , consulted orthopedic doctor but the medicines given were no use , is it because of cervical near neck area

Most probably due to overuse of the dominant hand in doing daily activities, using mobile and other related work.
Next Steps
give complete rest for few days and then start work somewhere at lower loads to identify the tolerance capacity and take it further.

There is a possibility of radiating pain involving the shoulder and hand fingers in some cases..possibly originating from cervical region..
Next Steps
She can start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment, if pain is persistent, you can get one x ray of Cervical spine
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, avoid jerky movements of neck..
