Bone & Muscle problems

My mom had meniscus tear surgery even after surgery she was telling she is having pain in knee .. we did MRI again and consulted other doc, doc said we have to do same surgery again and one more surgery of ligament tear. He prescribed tablets for now.. Now while walking she getting crunching sound even outsiders can hear sound .. plz let me know how to proceed. Appreciate kind replies ..can it be healed without surgeries.

My elder brother(24) while cracking his neck towards right side did it so hard that he cannot turn his neck towards right side now and has pinch nerve pain while bending his neck towards right side . We are trying putting ice pack but looks of no use now as he's pain is still the same...its been 3 hrs since ..he cam move his head to the left and down but not on the right side(trying to touch the ear to the shoulder)

I also have a problem with blood pressure and L4 L 5 also has a problem, which is a pain in my Back, apart from this, I now have more pain in my lower leg and due to this my whole body feels pain and tiredness.

By birth my son having clubfoot ,from his 2days age treatment was started now at age of 1yr he started working and his walking is also quite normal but the problem is while he walk he tries to bend his finger most of the time. I can't understand that he is having some problem or not.

I have been diagnosed wid cervical rib some days back.. Today morning I did some neck and arm stretching exercises and since then I am feeling super dizzy. Whenever I stand or walk I am feeling as if I will fall down and cant stand on feet!! What cud go wrong? Or it is only stress

I have been facing pain due to ganglion cyst on my right wrist which doing push ups or extreme movement of the wrist. Is there a specific reason for the formation of a ganglion cyst? How do I treat it so that I can start working out again?

I have posterocentral disc extrusion at L4-L5, L5-S1 level causing indentation of ventral thecal sac also PCOD with overweight so I started doing exercise to reduce my weight. Is it ok if I do exercises which involves bending over or lift my hips up. Im doing exercises from March 2020 till today. I get bearable back pain sometimes. Is that ok to continue my exercises or will that create any serious issue if I continue doing the exercises

Hi I got meniscus tear. I wanted to know if prp injection are advisable for this injury? Are there any side effects of prp injection? I know steroid injection have side effects but what about prp injection?

The pain starts from right shoulder till the right side of the back amd extends to the right arm . What could be the reason behind it?
