My father foot swelling fingers also swelling with pain he cannot walk ...pain killers taken but no use

Dear Sir/Madam, my weight is 84.3kg I have chest pressure/chest tightening symptom from 2 years, In feb 2019 I consulted pulmonologist he done CBP, PFT,X-ray and IGE,everything is normal except IGE is 432.2 IU/ml he wrote Tab.Fm-24 and in may 2019 due to severe neck pain I consulted neurologist for that,he wrote MRI of cervical spine,whole spine screening. Screening of dorso-lumbar spine:Straightening of dorso-lumbar spine.Impression of MRI report: 1.Straightening of the spinal curvature2.Loss of central T2 hyperintensity of IV discs s/o dessication at multiple levels He told it's a common thing don't worry he said and he wrote GebapinNt and TolperitasD there is relief from neck pain and reoccurrence of neck pain again I consulted ortho he said due to this there might be the chest pain comes.And the chest tightness doesn't left me and I have done ECG,2D Echo reports were normal after referred by gastroenterologist.There again shoulder blade and chesttightness what's the problem pls hlp

I am 39 year old, Male, Height 5'7 Weight 67 kg. I am experiencing Pain in my thighs & joints & if I stand for 30 min or more i feel very pain in lower back & legs pain. Could it be due to some vitamin deficiency? Also when I sleep after full day tiring office work  I feel as if I am floating on water or travelling in sleeper coach train feeling. Is this feeling normal? What could be the reason for it? Also feel numbness in finger tips most of the time. Any exercise adviced or any vitamin intake I can take.

Chronic pain in hands, wrist, feet, chest, shoulder. Have dermatitis/ LP/ psoriasis for 23 yrs, hypothyroid, high cholesterol, elevated liver enzymes, high CRP, HsCRP.

One month ago I met with a accident and my MRI says ACL near full thickness tear, Meniscus tear and ligaments sprain. But doctor recommend to do exercise to strengthen my muscles and I was doing that and I was able to walk and there is no notice of knee swelling. But last week on the side of my knee I noticed heat boils due to that again my knee got swelling can't able to do exercise..in another 4days my marriage so please suggest me what to do.. My mother has chronic abdominal muscle pain. Which test / CT scan /MRI can be done to confirm the same. Thanks.

3 months back I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. NCV test , thyroid profile , vitamin B12 test was done at time. Xray of cervical spine was also performed as I was having pain on my upper back mainly along the scapular wing,at the same I was having tingling sensation on my hands and upper back. my right hand fingertips were kind of numb , tight except the little finger.i was experiencing tremor on my hand. I took medication for 1 month. Presently my finger numbness , tremor and tingling sensation on hand -these symptoms are no more prevalent. But I am experiencing pain in the right side of my upper back along the scapular wing ,also right side of neck sometimes. I feel uneasy on sleeping my right side and tingling sensation on right shoulder. Please help me to decide which doctor should I consult with.

Whenever I start walking for excercise or  other excercis, yoga, sit up etc, pain starts in the left backside of hip radiating subsequently to entire left leg joints resulting in knee pain, foot joint pain. A sound can be heard on folding the knees and Ihave to  stop excercise altogether and pain continues for days. Otherwise no pain but difficulty in climbing stairs. Only in left leg. Entire left leg from behind buttox.

I'm having bad shoulder and neck stiffness which is resulting severe headache..I have a toddler around due to which I'm not able to go to get a scan done.. please suggest the best possible
