Hello doctor, I m suffering from avn avascular necrosis of hips( both) pls check my latest xray I had done and suggest me that is replacement important for me? Thank you

both needs THR.
Single stage THR is preferred.

How much is your pain ans handicap due to the same? You are quite young and all efforts to postpone the replacement as much as one can be tried.
