Hi I got meniscus tear. I wanted to know if prp injection are advisable for this injury? Are there any side effects of prp injection? I know steroid injection have side effects but what about prp injection?

The pain starts from right shoulder till the right side of the back amd extends to the right arm . What could be the reason behind it?

I've got numbness in my right elbow , pins and needles on my last two fingers . My range of motion is also reduced . I've got my NCV test results , everything is normal in that . Everytime I bend my elbow there's numbness and tingling in my fingers . Also when I bend my elbow I can sense something off in my elbow . As if any fibre is displaced . Should I consult any neurologist or orthopedist or physiotherapy will do . Is there any permanent solution for this apart from surgery . What should be my course of action ? . Please advice

I am 23 years old and my height is 167 cm and my weight is 75 kg . I want to increase my height 1 cm because my aim is to join Police forces so it needs more 1 cm . So please suggest me Is there any way or possibility to increase 1 cm height by Exercise,streching or any other way ?

Regarding ankylosis spondylitis syndrome is there any treatment available till date HLA B27 test came negative and MRI is done
