Sir i m serve in Indian army last 16 years sir i m fit but last month in my unit physical test conducted that time i hold vertical rope for hanging that time i m feel mild pain on my rt elbow when i want to hold any heavy things that time some pain is started and press on tennis bone i feel pain sir pls give advice

I have a doubt regarding which screws should I choose after reading a article on bioabsorable screws and problems associated to it by ncbi Which type of screw would you recommend for my acl surgery metal or bioabsorable? And what would be the difference of price in between them?

I had injured myself while running. It took 6 months for me to recover. After that if i would run i would have stiffness. I visited a dr again and he got me well in just 14 days. But then after 6-7 it has started paining again. I got a digital xray and got to know that my intervertebral disc space reduced and also loss of lordosis ( Spasm). Now I'm worried how serious this issue is since it has been 1.5 years and I'm still facing issues.

Yesterday there was pain in my dad's leg and back. He ignored it and went for a night walk but after 5 min of so he was not able to walk. He told that he can't balance his weight on one of his leg. Today when he woke the pain vanished but there was swelling in his leg. Whom to consult orthopedic or neurologist? Plzz see the pic of inflammation and tell what to do next.

I'm 31 years old Male diagnosed with supracondylar fracture elbow with comminuted Intracondylar extension right humerus. Surgery underwent is ORIF with Locking Recon plating under general anaesthesia. This happened 5 years 7 months ago. There are 2 plates and 9 screws in my right arm. I've had physiotherapy at that time and regained most of my arm movement but didn’t had full range of motion. Even today I can’t lift my arm straight up overhead. I feel I don’t have enough strength in my elbow joint to lift it straight up. My question is can i regain full range of motion even after these many years? and if so how? I’ve attached 2 X-Rays. One is taken on day of accident (Feb-2015) and another is latest one with implants (Mar-2020). Thank you in advance for your response

On 22sep. 2020 in my leg veins streched and from next day swelling near ankle starts in one leg from 7days and there is not much pain in that only swelling is there

Hi, I have pain in my left wrist. I can move it around. However it moves with pain. I cannot put pressure on the hand too. When I give a hot water treatment or infra red treatment, it feels much better for a short while I wanted to understand the reason and whether is it due to my phone usage. The phone handset is quite heavy.

I am having mild to moderate pain in centre of my back since 3-4 months. The pain is usually mild but increases with exertion/long sitting. It is present on both sides muscles that run along the back bone. My ortho told me that it is muscular and will go away very slowly. He has given me calcium, vit D3, Magnesium tablets and painkillers bad SOS. I am also having Pregabalin once a day since the back pain started. I got MRI done last month and it was all good. But the pain in middle back is not going away completely. I keep stretching my muscles and do regular yoga since 2 months and avoid long sitting.

My mother today suddenly she got a cramp in her knee and crack type voice from evening she is not able to walk properly not her leg is getting fold. It is painning a lot. Can someone please suggest a quick home therapy till we visit a doctor? She took paracetamol as well no effect yet

I have a problem of baker's cyst.. I want the fluid injected away from my back side of knee. is this possible. It's killing  me in the night usually..
