My brother 34 age. Having left shoulder pain. N left side back pain.
We consult Dr. Done TMT N ECHO N MRI shoulder joint. TMT n Echo reports. CBC. Sugar reports normal. But MRI REPORT Shows
Degerative changes In Ac joint. Will u plz prescribe some medicine for it .
Here Dr advise us.
Tab diclo + serassiopeptidase
Tab methylcoba n pregabalin.
But this tablets not works . Plz u suggest some medicine sir.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However
I would like to examine & investigate your brother in detail.
-Control Hypertension, Diabetes or metabolic disorder, if there is any.
-Any way it may be tried,
--. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days.
--. Caldikind plgus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days.
-(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)
--. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Use no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
-- .Do mild exercises for the affected part-ie.neck and shoulders.

DEGENERATIVE changes of AC joint cannot be reversed with medications.
Pain killer tablets are temporary.
Next Steps
You should consult a Orthopaedic doctor who specialises in Shoulder joint and take further advice.
