Hello sir..need some medicine
Hello GM Dr. My brother 34 age. Having left shoulder pain. N left side back pain. We consult Dr. Done TMT N ECHO N MRI shoulder joint. TMT n Echo reports. CBC. Sugar reports normal. But MRI REPORT Shows Degerative changes In Ac joint. Will u plz prescribe some medicine for it . Here Dr advise us. Tab diclo + serassiopeptidase Tab methylcoba n pregabalin. But this tablets not works . Plz u suggest some medicine sir.

Consider intraarticular injection after physical examination.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate your brother in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plgus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part-ie.neck and shoulders. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel Dr NC Gupta Yoga Simplified). Hello Practo User, DEGENERATIVE changes of AC joint cannot be reversed with medications. Pain killer tablets are temporary.
Next Steps
You should consult a Orthopaedic doctor who specialises in Shoulder joint and take further advice. Regards.
