Intra-articular fracture
My mom suffered a fall last week. There was a lot of pain in her knee, but it got a bit better. She is able to walk slowly but certain movements are painful. We decided to visit a Ortho and the Ortho recommended an MRI. I have added the results of the MRI in the attachment. The main question, can the fracture be managed in the immediate future without a surgery? Due to covid she is reluctant to go for surgical intervention right now

Hello Practo User, Based on MRI report, your case requires detailed discussion and Advise. The fracture which is mentioned in the Reports usually heals with surgery.. ideally it would have been better if you had posted films as well.
