Bone & Muscle problems

This is picture of my chest. Is there any deformity there??? Is it peigon chest. I dont have any symptoms.

My father is having problems with bones pain in wrist and knees from some time now. It was started with wrist pain and when we consulted doctor they told it's due to tb arthritis in wrist and started att medication from May onwards. From last one month his pain in knee and leg below knee has increased very much and it starts daily from evening onwards and gets worse during night till morning. Because of this he couldn't sleep and somedays pain seems like unbearable. When the pain is more he is not able to stand straight and he complains his bones seems to get tighter. Sometime he sweats a lot while sleeping or during in any activity. Attaching the history of injury and current medications. Kindly suggest what could the reason of this increase pain in night on daily basis and how can we get some relief. Is there some issues with medication prescription? Does ATT making things worse or any other medications? What other options we can opt to help him without knee surgery

Sir, My age 27, am feeling knee pain when sleeping also in time of rest . Pain continue from 3 to 4 year before... Now a days fill little bit more pain in knee back side pain both leg .. In time of sleeping feel more pain.

Attaching recent X ray for your evaluation for healing of fracture of my wife left leg . It was operated a year back and bone grafted the healing process was slow after few test terrifrac injection and other vitamin D tab as prescribe by doctor is continuing. Pl advice is bone got United/healed currently walking in house mostly w/o stick with little lump. For long walk little support of stick is required also  drive the car easily .

She had swelling in her ankle then it occurred in knee and ankle of other leg. She didn't take any medicine for a month almost but as she had pain for some hours in morning. She consulted one doctor on whom advice she got her check up done. On 20 July Her CRP was 227 ESR 120 RA facror > 90 But doctor said she is having UTI and started treatment but as she felt vomiting like and low appetite. She one week later got consult from a rheumatoidlogist who said it is arthritis and started Medicine. I want to know can a 20 year old girl get arthritis. So suddenly how can one get such a serious disease

I m feeling pain in back of neck with shoulders and in waste. Sometimes feel swelling in right hand wriat and fingers with pain. Uric acid tested is okay and is 6.2. Please help me.

I have a cyst of 23*10*16mm in posterior metaphyses of Femur bone. Will interventional radiology or some non operative procedures work like series of doxycycline drug injection or alternative is that available in India ? Particularly Telugu states As situation is such can't come to other places there is a swelling below knee developed which I found out one year later I'm afraid if I can do squats or fold my legs actually in doing for some activities not as exercise

Im having swelling and pain in ankle joints. Diagnosed as Sero negative arthritis...treatment with Folitrax 15 once a week by rheumatologist..I've a doubt. I.e Why does joint pains in arthritis increase few days before periods in ladies?generally for how long duration is Methotrexate prescribed for arthritis treatment? Can it be taken for more than 1 year if under supervision of rheumatologist?how can swelling of joints be reduced? And usually are these immuno suppressants supposed to be taken lifelong or is it stopped after few years?

My Husband had injured his right elbow 4 weeks ago got open wound which is almost healed but now he complains of pain while pressing that area & while keeping elbow forearm in surface like in table chair while sitting we did xray report says everything normal I have attached the pic and marked the pain area and even the film of xray is there anything plz tell me or suggest what he can do to get rid of this pain plz advice thank you
