I am facing an issue with left hand wrist pain as I can clearly see that the bone is pointing out. Can I know what type of medication is needed

Iam experiencing severe upper back right side & right shoulder blade pain from 3 months ,mild occasional headache, with no numbness, & normal bowel movement, no injury, took pain killers, hot water towel, physiotherapy , but no improvement is there. Also I experienced severe lower back pain in January after taking doloneuron & ultracet for 1 month it gone. Please check my x ray pics. Which tests I have to take ? What i have to do please reply.

Hi doctors My father is 65 yrs old and having pain in left ankle from last 2 weeks. He took x-ray of it and doctor's conclusion is CORTICAL COMPRESSION SUPERIOR. So pls guide me it's critical or not and what will be the solution of it. Pls find attached his X-ray report for your reference.

When I was child I had fallen many times... Day by day hiting every day... Knee pain is horrible at night time due to cool weather pains are heavy... Feeling weakness while climbing steps... Tingling sensation and numbness sensation on both legs... Chronomadica patella... All joint are getting stiffness. Everyday I used to hit hardly shoulders head.. Using gluscomanite tablets... How to avoid hiting any where... I will do urgency of work... Getting distance problem not seeing walls and things... How to prevent further damage... Having Knee problem a lot... X ray are normal and no clinically findings. Many times I had fallen while playing sports and got accident two times. Having cartilage problem.. I am trying to strengthen. And doing regular exercise and walking... Using multivitamin tablets... Recently suffering from joint pains and body pains... Few days back fever got cured but joint pains are not curing... I had considered rheumatologist... Got rheumatic fever and along joint pain

Sir, there is intense pain in both my knees.  There is intense muscle or nerve pain in the left leg on the left side and swelling and pain in the right knee in the front side has been continuous for the last five months. Also heel pain. I got homeopathic treatment and also massage but there is no relief.  Please suggest a solution. Thanks

Hello.. I'm suffering from severe left side low hip pain. The area connecting upper body with buttocks.the pain is there for past 1 year. I consulted ortho and he did X-ray and said nothing wrong with bones but muscles got tightened and has nodule. Gave anti-inflammatory tablets and physiotherapy for 15 days. But the same pain returned after a month, I consulted another senior ortho, seeing the X-ray he said bones are weak and need blood test. The blood test results gave vitamin d is 4 and b12 is 115.He suggested vit d vaccination (weekly twice), tablets (dolwin Plus, strong d3 and paracetamol). I'm taking only strong d3 as I don't wNt to take anymore pain killers or anti-inflammatory, as I took all these in the last Dr visit itself n no improvement .is dolwin Plus really necessary? Also, how to overcome this pain.. I took 4 vaccine until now but no improvement.I'm worried much as it interrupts my daily activity and for past 2 weeks, the left ankle Area also started paining. Plz help

In my right leg I have some tender like swelling since a week nearby the arch area in middle foot(pic attached the area where my fingure touched). I'm 29 and don't have any medical condition diagnosed before. I don't feel pain mostly. But sometimes at night or morning I can feel some burning pain and that too rare. I'm really scared if I search this on internet. Please help me to understand the issue.
