I would need proper AP /lateral views of the xrays to comment .
Better show physically to an orthopaedic surgeon to see wound , range of motion of elbow.
There is no fixed time when a fracture will unite , will have to keep follow up.
From the lateral X-ray the fixation looks weak,keep it protected with a splint.

It is not possible to predict outcome of treatment by looking at the xrays.
Your surgeon who has done this operation is the best person to guide you,as he knows best about your problem.
