Bone & Muscle problems

I have consulted many doctors but they gave medicine for a period after that the pain is very severe. I can't walk once I wake up up from bed or squat is not possible. Shoulder joints, fingers swollen wrist and knee pain. When I googled the medicine it says it is taken for gout. I started to take regularly because the pain is too much. I really wanted to get rid of this.

My mother is 55 years old and suffering from arthritis got her test with below test results are Anti CCP  200+ RH Factor 40 TSH 5.4 Need consultation regarding this issue having pain in knees from long time

Dear Sir, From my childhood, I have been observing that my wrists are very thin as compared to my body. Its around 6" diameters) . Also, there are lot of wrinkles on my knuckles (back side of palm) I feel very shy while exposing that, also never use half shirts. My friends teases me on the part. Please suggest treatments. Hello doctor, Exactly 2 months back I started feeling back stiffness, it started from upper back and travelled to lower back when I touch my back I found a hard lump near center of the back and my upper back itches a lot and I am getting sharp pains I. am very much terrified what it is and whom to consult regarding this.

I felt down and had sivere Injury in my Spine, multiple disc Buldge, especially in L1-L2 0.89, and L2-L3 0.78 and L3-L4 0.81, need to go for surgery and I want to consult the doctor before I make a decision. Please help me with and here by I have attached the MRI Reports and please let me know what I can do, and if L1-L2 is affected is there will be any chabge in bowel moments or pain in the Bladder area? I went to orthopedic surgeon and he confirmed that the disc came out totally and the same is in the MRI and report also. I want to take the 2nd opinion that's it. If the physio therapy does not work can I go to for surgery or not and that's my point in fact question.
