Dizziness and Rapid Heart beat
I'm suffering from cervical spondylitis from 2 years. Have taken numerous physiotherapy, chiropractic sessions. Spinal decompression helped me a lot for an year. But recently I'm suffering my dizziness and rapid heart beat suddenly and head ache. I have taken my neck X ray and my cervical curve is in S shaped. I have read in one of Heath journal Cervical problems some times lead to rapid heart beat due to compression of Vegas nerves at C1 and C2. I have consulted cardiologist to check my heart condition, doctor said everything is fine. But I just wanted to make sure is it becoz of the cervical issue my heart rate increases with dizziness and goes away after sometime. How to diagnose it properly. And can the S curve be reversed to normal curve.

Knee Pain.
My brother is facing knee Pain from 6-7 weeks. We have done the MRI report as per our local doctor's suggestion.
The MRI report says "Oblique grade 2 signal is noted involving body and posterior horn of medical meniscus. Small radial tear is also noted involving the inner free margin of posterior horn. Fibres of anterior cruciate ligament appears thickened, splayed and reveal increased signal intensity on PD images suggestive of mild mucoid degeneration with few intraosseous cystic changes along it's tibial and femoral attachment".
Any suggestions for treatment would be appreciated.

Unable to lift arm after humerus fractur
I'm 31 years old Male diagnosed with supracondylar fracture elbow with comminuted Intracondylar extension right humerus. Surgery underwent is ORIF with Locking Recon plating under general anaesthesia. This happened 5 years 7 months ago. There are 2 plates and 9 screws in my right arm.
I've had physiotherapy at that time and regained most of my arm movement but didn’t had full range of motion. Even today I can’t lift my arm straight up overhead.
I feel I don’t have enough strength in my elbow joint to lift it straight up. My question is can i regain full range of motion even after these many years? and if so how?
I’ve attached 2 X-Rays. One is taken on day of accident (Feb-2015) and another is latest one with implants (Mar-2020). Thank you in advance for your response
