Hi I am a working professional who has a 9hr shift where I work at least forb7hrs on laptop. At night u am facing numbness In fingers and palm for last few months Also while cutting any vegetable or fruit my hand and fingers get numb Have been taking calcium and d3for last 2-3month Please suggest what could be reason for numbness and SOLUTION for it

Sir,Due to unbearable pain in left knee of my spouse,51 yrs,Female,since five years as per the advice of the Ortho surgeon ,planned for TKR of Left leg.Now blood result shows Hgb 9.9 g/dl and hence blood of one or two units to be given at the time of surgery as per them My query is whether in a such difficult situation of adding blood surgery to be done?

Leg pain after walking

Hi, I have knee joint pain due to Vitamin D deficiency. At the same I felt like I need to reduce weight (weight 58kg, height 155cm) so started daily walking 30 mins in the morning. But my legs are paining, is that pain is normal? Walking is good or bad in this condition. Can you please advise me

L4-L5, L5-S1 lateral bulge

I have diagnosed with, L4-L5 posterior disc bulge intending mild thecal sac,and L5- s1 lateral bulge intending existing right L5 nerve. Doctor have suggested 2 week IFT therapy and excersises for back strengthening. Will i be able to cure my problem with this  permanently?  If so how many days it may take ? Or else what can cure my problem permanently? Please suggest me.

HTO for bow legs

I'm 23 YO. I have bow legs . My knees are 13 cm apart while standing. Doctor has recommended me to undergo high tibial osteotomy for both my legs. I'm just worried about intense pain after the surgery and recovery time. Can anyone help me after how many days I'll be able to get back to normal? And for how many days the pain will be very intense ? For How many months should I take leave from office ?
