I get foot pain whenever i walk or jog a longer time. The pain reduces once i give it a rest. The pain is near the heel and arch curve of the foot. Please suggest.

Wear proper shoes with cushion and medial arch support.
Run on running tracks/grass/ treadmill- avoid hard surfaces
Do physio twice a day- calf and plantar fascia stretching exercises.
