How long to completely recover Vit D3?
I was having persistent lower back pain and got diagnosed with Vit D3 level of 14 and B12 level of 176. I'm taking both supplements. How long will it take to recover completely?

You can take the supplements for 8 weeks and then get a repeat test done.. That is the usual dosage. But still it can vary from person to person..
