Right shoulder pain since 8 months
Dear doctor My mother having pain in her right shoulder infact whole hand ...it's from last 8 months.its started just wanted to take some stuff from kitchen self no any injures and nothing just she is taking thing from uper side then pain happen slowly it's increased..and we shown to orthopaedic and givien depo joints injection 3 times and along with this taken medicine and spry balm and volini all cold hot pad ...but problem is same and increased...she did phototherapy also 7 days earlier... Only x-ray hasn't done yet... please doctor advised some medicine which can cure her pain because deu to covid I can't take her outside she is a asthama patient . ... please doc give any medicine please

Aak her to reduce the use of the hand by 25-50%. The muscles of the shoulder have tired due to excessive use and also become stiff thereby comprising the flexibility.

Judging by her age, complaints and the fact that she was given steroids prior by orthopedicians  she might be having a "frozen shoulder". Consult me for further info.
Next Steps
Get an x-ray if possible Start ROM exercises for shoulder Check her diabetic and thyroid status
