From 20 days during walking after some distance cover my right side chest start cramping and feel sharp pain when I stop my pain goes out I do chest x ray and sonography nothing found what to do now please help

I feel pain in my both heel from last 6 month. Earlier pain only in my right heel which is from 6 month but from last 2 month I also suffer in left heel. Actually feel when either walking or standing. I already changes so many shoes and sleeper but still feel pain in both heel. Pain is normal and tolerable maximum time.

I am suffering from back pain from last 2 months can you suggest me any exercises and medicines please help me

There is very strong pain on the right side of the waist on the right side under the spine. There is no rest even when lying down or sitting. There is also difficulty in walking.

Hi Dr, My 8 yrs old Daughter had an elbow Injury when she has slipped and fallen while walking fast at home. Whil falling shy might have put right hand elbow down. Since then she is experiencing pain in the elbow area. There is no swelling since then and also was able move the hand freely after 2 days. Now it is almost 10 days , she is still feeling pain in elbow area.  As there was no swelling and was able to make free moment of hands we thought it will be ok in few days . I would like to know, it is something to be taken seriously and visit Hospital or can observe few more days. Please suggest. Regards Narendra

My mother is facing frozen shoulder from 4 months but he get relief after doing exercise not from medicine so what can I do should I continue medicine or only do exercise at home for treatment is there any harmful empact to drop medicine

My mother is suffering from wrist pain. It is increasing day by day. She had done a X ray. But the report looks normal. I would like to video consult with doctor but I am not sure whether to consult orthopedic or neuro surgeon. Please note that there was no previous injury in that area.

Hii um feeling pain in my neck and stiffness also and feeling some untested pain in left side under neck. I did MRI it shows c4-5. C5-6. C6-7 Potiour bulge. And in neck small well defined cystic lesion in right palatine tonsil. Likely to be of infective/inflammatory etiology.

Can a superior peroneal retinaculum injury of Grade-1 which is 1 year old can be repaired or treated?

My father was tested covid positive almost 20days back. He has recovered has no fever but has cough for which he is given inhaler also he had mild pneumonia. But he has severe shoulder pain now and we don't know what to be done for the shoulder pain.Please suggest.
