Swelling & severe pain in right knee from 4-5 years Taking wysolone 10mg daily for pain relief Please suggest medicine & home remedy

Goodevening, I am 26 years old, mother to 1 year old baby. I have a problem of lowerback pain since i became mom but it gies away when i rest. But 2 days back i slip on the floor and due to this i have severe backpain. I can stand and sit. My Orthopaedician is not available. Kindly suggest a muscle relaxant and what all i have to do to reduce the pain.

I have terrible pain in ring and small fingers of my right hand. This pain increases in the mornings when I wake up and fingers feel blocked. They don't open and close freely (restriction in movement). Pain at the base joints of both the fingers where they join with the palm. What can be the problem? Kindly advise.
