Bone & Muscle problems

I was playing cricket and when I Bowled I know what happened to my lower back above right hip bone that now it's been 2 months and it's still in pain. Whenever I sit at one position for long my back gets stiff. Please give proper feedback regarding it.

Hello, My mother is facing pain in knees and ankles on frequent basis. Her age is 53, earlier she was having aurvedic medicine for body pain but now due to lockdown it is not available. Request you to please advise, also if possible please advise accessible medicine for calcium/vitamins.

When I raise my Left arm or rotating my left shoulder..my left upper back is hurting where my left hand joins the back.

I am suffering with back and side of rib cage pain. I tested my blood and found that some parameters are little elevated. Such as :- Bilrubin Total :- 1.82 AST :- 63 ALT :- 156 Uric Acid :- 8.9 FBS:- 121 Vitamin D :- 41.7 Triglycerides :- 177 LDL:- 126 HDL:- 30 HbA1c :- 8.9 I am also walking daily 10 km. What is the reason behind this pain. Leg pain is also there but that I can related to daily walking. Also recently after eye test found that I have power of -1.50 in both eyes.

The patient have a low hemoglobin problem as there is in pain in back as well as both legs so what should treatment should be prescribed so that we should start as possible as fast

First pain in feb. 2020 in my left leg below my knee and now swelling  has increased .Mri report- 1.STIR hyperintensity seen within muscles nd myofascial plane along medial nd anterior aspect kf left leg 2.Multiple varicosities seen along great ssphenous nd short saphenous vein terrotories in field of view 3.visualized bones appesr normal in MR motphology 4.No abnormal marrow signal intensity seen PLEASE - suggest something best option as i have taken various kind of antibiotic,pain killer, And now i m tired of this

I have a weak shoulder, I feel looseness after so long, since I had dislocation I always felt looseness, now the dislocation have been stopped since 2 years back, but I need my strength back on the shoulder, please suggest for all the procedure I need to follow.
