My ankle sprined 2 years back while doing running...I ran on same pain... I got mRI scan 20 days ago.. It shows 1) minimul ankle effusion 2) small subchondral cryst From 15-04-2021  I got medicine for 15 days from a orthopaedic and he gave plaster of Paris to ankle... It has 25 days now but no change in pain... Please save me from this pain 😭

ONLY BENGALURU DOCTORS & READ IN DETAIL I am suffering from CUBITAL TUNNEL SYNDROME and medicine TAB TRIGABAPANTINE100,.  0-0-1 SCAN and NERVE VELOCITY tests shown normal but physical examination said very mild ulnar nreve enlarged. NOTE I am also having IBSC so I can't take any mediCine having constipation side effect Now the issue is 1 week back I had constipation and affected by sudden NERVE / MUSCLE sprain when I applied to extra pressure to discharge the stool. After that sever pain is continued. since 2 days I am experiencing server pain like muscle tearing when I stretch my left hand in sleep. I am feeling pain whenever I touch the marked spot too. Due to lockdown I can't visit any clinic now. Please suggest a temporary medicine

Have a back pain above the hips, some time getting too much pain, also since WFH this issue started as working on plastic chair, due to which even have pain on elbows joints too. Kindy assist on same.

Age 76 Male , he gets too much sensations in legs during sleeping which disturb his sleep and he has to get up many times at night for hours. I gave him Gaba Analogues which helped him to some extent but problem still persists. His S.creatinine stays at 1.8-2.0 Kindly suggest

Hi I have been suffering from tailbone pain since 2 years now...I am a CA and have lots of sitting involved and developed this pain... Have been using coccyx pillow for 1 year.. Got sitting/standing xray done and MRI too... Reports suggest type 2 coccyx and I have attached MRI report and Xray film also. One physio from bangalore has been trying to convince me to go for "internal manipulation of coccyx through rectum" and the cost is 5000/session and there will be 15 sessions over a period of 9 months.. When I asked my ortho about this procedure, he advised me against this as this will require re-fracturing the coccyx and again setting it Ortho gave 3 months medicine - risofos 35,vit d, calcium, evion and one pain killer PLEASE HELP ME ABOUT THIS WHAT EXACTLY NEEDS TO BE DONE

I have neck pain since 3-4 years but now from one month I have hand pain and nerve pain in hand also only in right side where neck pain and arm and upper back pain also but from 2 days pain in my leg and feet also in the right side and I feel nerve swelling in my hand and sometimes lightly numbness ...so please tell me any medicines for this problem bcoz I am very worried that I have a big disease bcoz this is only one side please tell me
