Can D3 60k Syrup (Uprise D3 syrup) be taken empty stomach at morning? if so what should be the gap between taking the syrup and breakfast? Thank you.

I had a foot injury on 2 Feb I twisted my foot while playing football and my foot became twice its size due to swelling. I was unable to walk for 2 weeks. And mistakenly, i put crepe bandage for 1 month. Then, i consulted three orthopaedists and they only gave me painkillers. There is a slight dot in my left foot and the pain is still here after 3 months. It comes and goes.

My father has uric acid problem and because of which he has acute ankle pain and pain in the finger joints, too much swelling on the leg , currently his uric acid is 11.9 we consulted to an orthopedic and some medications were given(vitamin c, Feburic 40 and intaphylline ) which relieves pain for some time and again starts swelling and aching. Ain't there any permenant solution to this problem?

I am a patient of diffuse disc bulges from C3 to c6 , I am using pregabalin and Tramadol but I have to use aceclofenac 100mg twice a day to get sufficient pain relief, I have tried physiotherapy but it not help me ,I have consulted dozens of doctors and neurosurgeons but they say surgery is not suitable for me, can I use aceclofenac twice daily for long-term as I have no choice, I get afraid of kidney failure
