Pars fracture l5 s1
I have fracture l5 s1 from 6 months onwards i am using brace and on medication but it is not healing may i know it will heal or not.if it will heal then how much time it will take

L5-1 pars fracture will not heal if its not traumatic, but it is not necessary for any pars defect to give symptoms, it might be totally asymptomatic till 60 years of your age,

Your fracture must have healed. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.- back and lower limbs. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. C.
