Bone & Muscle problems

My left leg heel pains generally after get up from sleeping. Even it is so painful to keep the foot on floor. after walking for 2 or 3 min immediately i got 80 percent relief.

Am a breastfeeding mother.i had severe backpain for the past 2 days and had taken etoshine 120 for 2 days(1 tab per day)as per a doctors advise.however another doctor advised not to take it as it's not safe during breastfeeding.The 2 doses I took,will it be a risk to my toddler( 20 months)

एक्सीडेंट मे मेरी elbow fracture हुई थी. K वायर सर्जरी की गयी वायर निकाल दिये हैं. एक nail अंदर लगी है अभी x ray मे दिखती है. K वायर का एक घाव भर नहीं रहा ब्लड और  मवाद निकल रहा है क्या किया जाए. K वायर निकले हुए 8 month हो गए हैं. Linzolid antibiotic काफी खा चुका हू डॉक्टर की suggetion पर. अब क्या करू समय काफी बीत चुका है घाव नहीं भर रहा. Plz advice me.

X ray normal and Zerodol -sp sugesst by shopkeeper. But swelling has not decreased.   What should I for that..?
