Bone & Muscle problems

Doctor my left hand carpal bone displace from its place.I feel no pain at that place in normal conditions.But when i lift some heavy weight ,i feel some slight pain.Please give me any solution.

Hi I have severe pinching pain in right part of back which is directly opposite of breast. Also, the pain radiates to arm and shoulder and even my neck pains badly. Unable to concentrate when pain is quite high.

I am facing severe neck pain. I have covid symptoms but rt pcr came negative each time.My family members have covid positive report. While making rest & heat therapy , feel comfortable but later again same symptom come back Plz advise.

I am having neck pain mostly left part of the neck. This is happening in the morning while waking up. And during daytime also it keeps on coming.
