My mom aged 57 is taking osteofos 70 from past 2 months and in April 10 she had taken first dose of Covishield .she suffers from arthritis as pain in right knee and sometimes a lump behind knee.is it safe to take this tablet osteofos 70 after taking vaccine.are there any precautions to be taken .what is small lump behind her knee .is it fluid filled or how.

I was doing arms workout 2 days back and i did bicep curls with 3 kgs weight in each hand. My right bicep is swollen today. Yesterday it was just muscle tiredness but today it got swollen. I am doing icing. Is it a serious injury? What else should i do?

During mountaineering course I pulled my lower back from right side just above the buttock while lifting, had no pain while it was pulled, next day had mild spasm, did the course after that, 36 km trekking with backpack, rock climbing etc with just occasional mild pain in the back and stiffness. Five days after finishing the course had mild sensations in both legs and feet, stiffness in back, occasional mild pain. After 2 months of rest did not completely heal, sometimes I feel that pain refers to the anus, during this rest period one day I did not sleep at night and had to drive in the morning and I had bad back ache, it never happened before or after, did MRI, report says no signs of extrusion/protrusion but annular bulges in L4-L5 and L5-S1 partiality effacing thecal sac. Disc appear normal is height & normal signal intensity. No pain while bending forward, coughing or sneezing, negative slump and slr test. If I sit for longer period I have a dull ache in the lower back. Kindly help

In Oct-19 a sudden weight fell on my left shoulder. since then the pain lasted for few days, after 4 months I got pain in same area and I consulted a doctor for that but it worked a little and I stopped medication. Now for past two months I am hearing snapping sounds, crackling and bone grinding sensation in both the shoulders and a slight crackling sound in first pair of ribs, sometimes it leads to numbness such that my hands doesn't work properly for few seconds. Kindly please provide me with some measures in order to overcome this.

I sprained my ankle last week. I am using Omnigel and crepe bandage. There is still pain and it's swollen. What should I do ?

I am under medication and taking calcimax, pantop and naprosyn. My problem was pain in wrist, hip and feet in the right side of my body.. though I got relief within 4 days of medication.
