I have upper back pain just back of breast severe left side since Jan used many medications like pregabalin myoril etoshine many medications but no relief...also I have history of bilateral minimal pleural effusion...hands and legs pain fingers pain on and off ...I also have pcos my query is can I get covishield vaccination with all these pains bcz I don't know the cause of my pains...if I have rheumatoid arthritis though I don't have but in case I have that even than vaccine is safe?or should I get an mri then plan on vaccination?plz reply

You can take the vaccine , it has got nothing to do with your ailments. As for all your symptoms , they sound syndromic and needs thorough medical examination and investigative workup to reach diagnosis and further treatment . Be aware that post vaccination u might have some fever or malaise which is normal after covid vaccination
