Hand fracture
Hi doctor, I'm 25 years old, 10-12 years before during playing football my left hand fractured. That time I hadn't gone under surgery that time doctor recommends that normal plaster would repair my bone. So my question is can I join gym cause in gym we lift heavy weights. Can it harmful for me to joining gym. Please guide me and my latest x-ray attached.

Your bones are not fractured now, but they are thin . You can do gymming. Do it under guidance. Lift only that much that you can tolerate.
