Bone & Muscle problems

I am facing low back pain and pain is radiating to legs also. But I don't have diabetes and BP. Please suggest treatments for this.

My left Foot is Vibrating all time after 3 months Of Hystercomy Surgery.I face this Issue from aug 2020.I checked my Hemoglobin and ECG is ok.How to cure this problem?I have no injury in my foot.But after Surgery I feel Joint Pain when I seat in floor or Do some stretchble Work.Is this Vitamin B12 deficiency?mY Weight is 40 and Height is 5 ft.I feel Weakness in leg and fatigue.I have acidity problem.I take regularly egg white part.No meat in my food.Which test should I do?

Several pain in heels and swallowing. A case of bone gap in heels as explained by dr. When x ray was done. Medication went for 2-3 weeks after a injection was given to cure the in the nerves, it gave relive for a while but after same condition persist.
